Previously, Mr. Mock served as Vice President at Aon Corporation, (www.aon.com) providing service delivery leadership, insurance and executive benefit consulting, and product development for its Fortune 1000 corporate clients and their highly compensated employees. He was a founding senior leader for a national practice at now Aon Hewitt.
 
Kerry has effectively enhanced individual and business financial growth while focusing on a basis of risk mitigation and protection.  Having experience in structuring investments, financing, and insurance all over the world, Kerry has a broad understanding of the current investment environment and its unique challenges, risks and opportunities.  Having also formed and owned real estate companies (Hibernian Pacific Holdings and Green Earth Holdings) that have acquired and managed over $750M in real estate transactions over the last decade, Kerry understands the opportunistic changes in markets that add value.   He is a strong believer in strategic and intentional plan design with a basis of tax strategy to preserve and protect clients hard earned assets with a suitable focus on risk planning as complement to plan design that delivers real results.

B. Todd Bailey of Idaho serves as manager with Fortress Risk Management, LLC, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He and a team of advisors assist business owners in executing captive insurance strategies, which are a key risk management tool for Fortune 500 companies. His clients are typically successful entrepreneurs focused on wealth accumulation, as well as businesses that have uninsured or underinsured business casualty risk. B. Todd Bailey holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in accountancy (taxation) and a juris doctorate from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Bailey (Idaho) was keynote presenter at the Camas Consulting & Webb Agency Fall Symposium (Seattle Sept. 2015). He addressed alternative insurance strategies for businesses. Among other things, Mr. Bailey covered IRC section 831(b) captive insurance, section 243 dividend received deduction, liquidation planning and valuation strategies. He also discussed the selection of jurisdictions for formation of reinsurance companies. In particular, he extolled the virtues the Delaware Tribe Indians as a situs for reinsurance. This is due to the Delaware Tribe’s corporate and insurance codes. Also, reinsurance companies formed in the Delaware Tribe are not subject to income tax and premium tax.

Mr. Bailey also leads Bailey Mentoring as a mentor and business coach to clientele in the health and wellness industry. He provides clients, such as doTERRA Wellness Advocates, with dedicated support in the areas of cultivating positive energy and increasing confidence. Mr. Bailey also coaches professional regarding such issues how to form a productive partnership, how to manage the expectation of staff members, and how to build an effective sales funnel for a professional practice. He also advises on business-related topics such as income taxation, books and records, and choice of entity.

In his free time, B. Todd Bailey of Idaho enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling and riding four-wheelers. Each spring break, he and his family take in the scenery in St. George, Utah. He is also an avid shooter. In particular, he enjoys shooting skeet. In fact, this is often a family affair. Mr. Bailey and his wife and children also like shooting. From time to time, the Baileys go to shooting courses that have stations akin to golf holes. Each station presents a new challenge. Bailey’s youngest daughter gives him the most competition for family sharp shooter.

Todd Bailey also enjoys traveling with his wife and children. They go to Disneyland as often as time permits. For years, they were Disneyland Annual Pass holders even though they lived a thousand miles from the park. The Baileys also enjoy Zion National Park (twice in 2015) where they can hike and bike the canyons. A recent family reunion took them to the east entrance to the Zion. Each morning, as they entered the Park, they stopped to watch bighorn sheep sunning themselves on the red sandstone.
