Jina is a consultant and speaker on diversity, inclusion, culture, and belonging. She creates training programs and workshops to help clients move forward in their D&I journey. She is a storyteller and speaks candidly about her experiences, hard lessons, and ‘aha’ moments that helped her understand the importance of individuality, the value of curiosity, and the courage it takes to “just” be yourself. Often described as “approachable” and “relatable” by her clients, she works with purpose and the intention of being engaging, practical, and immediately applicable to real-world situations. Jina draws from her unique background and mix of work experiences to offer examples and share insights designed to benefit everyone across the workplace ecosystem – executives, management, employees, and customers.
Previously, she was Principal Consultant at EtiennePartners (EP), a boutique consulting firm that offered a unique strategy development, workshops & coaching to leaders, executives and entrepreneurs. Co-founded with her husband, EP was a full-time partnership in both work and life. Although in different professions, their work often intersected around the importance of self-awareness in leadership and navigating conflict within teams. Combining their experiences, backgrounds, and work led to the development of their unique approach to D&I, which she continues to use in her practice today.
Citizens Bank
Executive Vice President, Wealth Diversity Inclusion Director

Maggie Wall has been driving consumer banking success for more than 25 years. Maggie is a Wealth Management Executive at Citizens Bank heading up Premier Advisory-- an exclusive, dedicated Affluent program targeting clients with investible assets from $500k to $3mm.
Since her appointment to this role in 2013, the Premier Advisory base has grown more than 70% and represents a key growth engine for the firm. Maggie’s re-engineering work on the business operating model, value proposition, and partnership alignments have considerably fueled Advisor productivity. Today, Premier Advisory client average balances have grown substantially and are 4X greater than clients not in the program. Investment penetration for Premier Advisory clients exceeds top tier benchmarks among competitive peer groups and accounts for more than a third of all firm-wide Investment sales.
Maggie’s role includes supervising a team of 200+ employees, which she built from just 40 people six years ago. She has one of the highest employee retention rates at Citizens and attrition levels far below industry standards. Her secret for driving loyalty is to continuously ‘invest’ in people – offering several employee programs such as Premier University or Wealth Management training. Additionally, Maggie’s management style is all about empowerment – driving people to step up for greater leadership responsibilities and then recognizing their success with programs such as Maggie’s Millionaire’s Club or a Compensation program that acknowledges the portfolio quality of an Advisor.
In addition, Maggie’s organizational leadership extends beyond her day-to-day operations on the affluent client segment. She was a founding member for the Women’s Impact Network (WIN) – a business resource group promoting the advancement of women at Citizens. Maggie’s passion for this initiative is a continuation of the mentorship programs she has personally sponsored and maintained throughout her career. WIN was launched in 2017 and represents more than 1,500 colleagues.
Maggie lives in Briarcliff, NY with her husband, Ed, three children and dog, Pumpkin. Outside of work and family life, Maggie enjoys hiking as well as ‘beach chair relaxing’ which she intends to do this summer with a few trips to the East End of Long Island.
